Johns Hopkins’ Live Near Your Work team organizes homebuying workshops and neighborhood walking tours for employees interested in applying for a grant. Registration is required.

Explore select Live Near Your Work neighborhoods during our walking tours. Participating in walking tours is not mandatory for using LNYW, but it is highly encouraged. Workshops

Learn the ins and outs of the program during Live Near Your Work: What Are the Rules and How to Apply lunchtime informational sessions hosted by Katie Walsh, JHU’s LNYW program manager. You’ll learn the program’s eligibility requirements and steps you need to take in order to apply, and will get homeownership counseling suggestions, an overview of the neighborhoods where you can purchase and the conditions of the program. Attendees also will receive guidance on how to navigate the homebuying process.
