Applications for the LGG and Clinical Biochemical Genetics fellowships are accepted between August and December of the anticipated start date. 

Applications for research and laboratory fellowships are accepted on a rolling basis. 

The Research and Clinical Laboratory Fellowship application process has three steps and requires the following 5 documents: 

• The application form
• CV
• Personal statement
• Transcripts
• Three letters of recommendation 

Applicants also have the option to upload a photo but it is not required.

Before you begin

Download the application form

When saving it to your computer, please use the following naming convention:

• last name_first name_xxxxxxx.
• Example: smith_thomas_xxxxxx

If needed, download Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill out the application form (Download for free at https://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=KSWLH)

*Failure to name the file accordingly may lead to a delay in processing your application.

Step 1

Complete the following documents and prepare them to email:

1. Application form
2. CV
3. Personal statement
4. Transcripts
5. Personal photo (optional)

Make sure all submitted files follow the same naming structure: last name_first name_asset type. Examples:

• smith_thomas_laboratory_fellowship_application
• smith_thomas_cv
• smith_thomas_photo

Step 2

Send all of the documents in one email to [email protected] with the name of the program you are applying to in the subject line.

Step 3

Have your three referees send their letters via email to [email protected].  

You will receive a confirmation once your application is complete.
