Mary Wroblewski, MD

Program Director, Pediatric Residency Program

Dr. Wroblewski specializes in general pediatrics at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She sees patients on the hospital’s main campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. She joined the hospital staff in 2023.

She most recently practiced general pediatrics at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Ohio and was associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Toledo. She also served as the pediatric residency program director.

Dr. Wroblewski earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. She completed her residency in pediatrics and served as chief resident at the University of Toledo. She also earned master’s certificates in clinical pathology from the Medical College of Ohio and in medical education from the University of Cincinnati.

John Kotula, MD

Associate Program Director, Pediatric Residency Program

Dr. Kotula specializes in pediatric critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the hospital staff in 2020. Dr. Kotula serves as associate program director for the pediatric residency program. Dr. Kotula earned his medical degree from The Commonwealth Medical College (now Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine) in Scranton, Pennsylvania as a member of the inaugural graduating class. He completed his residency in pediatrics at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia where he also served an additional year as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami. He received awards during his residency and fellowship training for outstanding contributions to resident education.

Dr. Kotula is a core faculty member in the pediatric residency program and the rotation director for pediatric critical care at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital since 2021. He is a faculty member in the pediatric critical care fellowship program where he co-directs the case conference educational series. He also serves on the hospital ethics committee. His academic interests include medical education and ethics.

Dr. Walters is a pediatric hospitalist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022 and serves as the associate program director of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s pediatric residency program. Dr. Walters is a clinical instructor in the Department of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She sees patients on Johns Hopkins All Children’s main campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Walters is a graduate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami. She completed her pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.
