Applying to Our Program

Anyone who will have completed an ACGME-accredited internal medicine or family practice residency training program is welcome to apply to our clinical geriatrics fellowship. We have between five and seven available clinical fellowship slots each year. Applications open in ERAS in mid-July. Interviews take place in September through October, and all available spots and positions are matched through the National Residency Match Program (NRMP) Fellowship Match.

We use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for all applicants. Within the ERAS application, there are three options to choose from: clinical, clinician educator and clinician leader. If you’re interested in the clinician researcher track, you would choose the clinical track and then extend it by two years. If you want to do research but you’re coming from another institution, you’d also choose the clinician researcher track.
