Recharge and Resiliency Spaces
Recharge rooms are dedicated spaces for our employees to step away from the work environment and take time to relax and unwind. These stress reduction environments are located throughout Johns Hopkins Medicine. All members of the JHM community are invited to experience these spaces.
Feature Story: RISE Restorative Center at The Johns Hopkins Hospital
The new RISE (Resilience in Stressful Events) Restorative Space gives East Baltimore employees a place to unwind, recharge, take a break and receive support. Located in Osler 6, the space is operated by RISE team and is designed using neuroaesthetic principles based on research from the International Arts + Mind Lab at the Pedersen Brain Science Institute.
