The Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians (OJHP) coordinates the activities of the Clinical Practice Association, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and all physicians now part of or joining Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM), regardless of entity or location. OJHP ensures that the necessary resources and coordination are in place, allowing all physicians to better care for patients and support the mission of Johns Hopkins Medicine.
OJHP Alignment Models
OJHP offers the following alignment models:
- Johns Hopkins Clinical Alliance: a clinically integrated network of adult and pediatric services that seeks to help independent physicians succeed in value-based care programs with payers.
- Johns Hopkins Community Physicians: a team of skilled providers that care for patients and families across more than 40 locations in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
- Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians: a physician group that provides premier care to patients locally that seeks to create a mutually beneficial framework for patients and physicians.
- Johns Hopkins Personalized Care: a team of primary care physicians with a smaller panel size, which guarantees more personalized care through longer visit times, same-day or next-day visits and 24/7 availability for questions/concerns (unless on vacation).
