Clinic appointments and Late Policy

New patient appointments are 40 minutes in length, and follow-up appointments are 20 minutes. We do our very best to stay on schedule in clinic, but we also ask that you do your best to be on time for scheduled appointments. When coming to your appointment, please budget time for inclement weather, traffic, parking and checking in. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for registration, insurance authorization and vital sign/medication intake performed by our medical assistants.

If you are over 15 minutes late, you may have the choice of rescheduling your appointment or waiting until the end of clinic to be seen with physician approval. If you are over 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment. Of course, we will make exceptions to these guidelines on a case-by-case basis. Please call our offices (410-550-0437) if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
