Hayley Barnhouse

Dr. Hayley Barnhouse is originally from Hometown, IL, a small south suburb just outside of Chicago. She earned her associate's degree in science from Moraine Valley Community College and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her career interests include ambulatory care, HIV, cardiology, primary care, and clinical management. In the future, she aspires to become an ambulatory care pharmacist, focusing on serving underserved communities and giving back to those around her. She is passionate about becoming a preceptor and working towards a director or clinical manager position. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, playing sports, and shopping. She would like to thank her friends and family for their continuous support throughout her pharmacy journey.

Natacha Rangel-Ribeiro

Dr. Natacha Rangel-Ribeiro is originally from Midlothian, VA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Advanced Biochemistry from Radford University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. Dr. Rangel-Ribeiro’s professional interests include independent community pharmacy, ambulatory care, compounding, and global health. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, playing soccer, and hanging out with her dog Millie. Dr. Rangel-Ribeiro would like to thank her family, friends, and mentors for their support, guidance, and love.

Laurel Uhomba, Pharm. D.

Dr. Laurel Uhomba is originally from Birmingham, AL. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Studies degree, followed by a dual Doctorate of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health degree from Samford University. Dr. Uhomba is in her first year of the two-year Community Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (CPAL) Residency at Johns Hopkins Care at Home, which includes completing a Master of Business Administration degree at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She has also been appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the Advocacy and Practice Advancement Advisory Group within the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents’ Collaborative (PALRC). Dr. Uhomba has a passion for uplifting underserved communities and offering equitable resources to patients. Her professional interests include ambulatory care, infectious diseases, 340B, DEI, legislation, association management, and clinical management. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports (especially soccer), gracelessly dancing, and meeting new friends.

Jennifer Zhao

Dr. Jennifer Zhao is originally from Brooklyn, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Chemistry at Dartmouth College and Doctor of Pharmacy at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Before becoming a pharmacist, she worked as an Associate at Kinexum Services LLC, a healthcare consulting group specializing in regulatory strategy, clinical development, and commercialization. Dr. Zhao is in her first year of the two-year Community Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (CPAL) Residency at Johns Hopkins Care at Home, which includes completing a Master of Business Administration degree at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Her professional interests include home infusion, specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, and quality improvement. In her free time, Dr. Zhao enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing with dogs, baking desserts, and spending time with friends and family.
