Strength is a Skill Course

A man standing in a gym holding a kettlebell over his shoulder.

This 2-day, in-person course equips physical and occupational therapists, physicians and other allied healthcare professionals with strategies to improve and refine movement patterns, helping bridge the gap between rehabilitation, strength training and everyday activities. This course emphasizes that strength is not just a physical attribute but a skill that can be developed and optimized through specific movements.
