Job Opening: Subacute Rehabilitation Physician

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time, board-certified physiatrist to support rehabilitation services provided at Subacute rehabilitation units. The physician will serve in a consultative role to support the care and rehabilitation of patients in this setting. This position will collaborate with other Subacute rehabilitation physicians to support all the sites being served. This position will be based at subacute rehabilitation units within the Johns Hopkins Rehabilitation Network, except for occasional vacation cross-coverage or call—approximately one week for every 10 weeks.

The JH rehabilitation units are CARF certified for general rehabilitation and stroke. Totaling 51 beds, they receive a broad spectrum of patients from medical complex to stroke and vent rehabilitation.

The expected base pay range for this position is: $149,350 to $233,192

The referenced salary range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank.  This salary range does not include all components of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department faculty compensation program or pay from participation in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department incentive compensation programs. Therefore, the actual compensation paid to the selected candidate may vary from the salary range stated herein. For more information, please contact the hiring department.
