Student Health and Well-Being – Student Health and Well-Being serves students, post-doctoral fellows, house staff and other trainees within the School of Medicine. Its mission is to enrich your experience, help you thrive professionally and personally, and promote an environment that supports your health and well-being.
Speak2US - The SPEAK2US hotline is geared toward the university and health system communities, though anyone can use it to register a concern. Reports concerning discriminatory acts in the workplace can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week via an online form or by phone at 844-SPEAK2US (844-773-2528).
OIS – The Johns Hopkins Office of International Services (OIS)
Services supports current international students in such areas as visa and immigration assistance, legal matters and adjustments to life in the U.S. and Baltimore
OGBE - The Office of Graduate Biomedical Education serves the needs of the graduate students throughout their education at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The Office plays a major role in a student’s education at Johns Hopkins, from the application process to helping students adjust to their new surroundings.
The Office also works to increase diversity in the School of Medicine, organizes a Summer Internship Program for underrepresented undergraduate scientists, and works closely with the Johns Hopkins Graduate Student Association and other student groups. GSA - The Graduate Student Association (GSA) represents all Ph.D. and Master’s students at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Accordingly, the GSA acts as a liaison between the graduate student body and various University entities to ensure student needs are being fulfilled. The GSA offers many other services that aim to improve graduate student life.
