Thank you for choosing the Johns Hopkins Interventional Radiology Center (IRC). We are proud to take part in your health care. Interventional Radiology (IR) is one of the most exciting and advanced fields in medicine but it is also one of the least well known. Our experts use the latest in imaging technology to perform minimally invasive procedures throughout the body.

Our IRC staff provide complete in- and out-patient care. They have admission privileges and hold clinic on a regular basis. Our staff can help coordinate patient care before and after procedures. The referring provider will be connected to one of our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) nurses who will discuss the patient’s history and requested procedure with you. The PCC nurse will determine the most appropriate location for the patient and procedure, and will provide you with an appointment date and time at the end of the call.

The IRC office is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM every day.
