Women’s Professional Advancement Council (WPAC)

The Women's Professional Advancement Council (WPAC)'s mission is to build, improve, and catalyze a healthy professional environment where women and their allies (all genders) can feel successful, lead, and achieve their career goals.

With support from the Office of Faculty-Women in Science and Medicine, the WPAC includes Johns Hopkins women faculty and allies. There are four action-oriented work groups with the goal of catalyzing concrete improvements for women faculty. The work groups include Promotion and career development, Leadership, Well-being, and Family support resources.
