This career development and leadership program is for full professors faculty of all genders who have been at the rank of Assistant Professor for 5 years or more and for Associate Professors or full Professors. Topics include:

- Diversity and inclusion
- Leading and working in teams
- Public speaking skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Negotiation
- Influence and power
- Mentoring skills
- Leadership panel
Mary Elizabeth Garrett Executive Leadership Program
This leadership program is for faculty of all genders who have been at the rank of Associate Professor for 5 years or more and for full Professors. Topics include:
- Strategic planning
- Executive presence
- Finances of academic and clinical operations
- Negotiation
- Interviewing best practices
- Navigating organizations to achieve leadership roles
- Fundraising

Unlocking Promotion Readiness
Unlocking Promotion Readiness aims to provide early career faculty with the tools needed to best promote themselves in their promotion paperwork. This webinar focuses on helping faculty members understand promotion criteria, gain support during the promotion process and teaches best practices for emphasizing accomplishments on their CV, promotion letter, and impact statements.
