Raymond Reid Lab
Research in the Raymond Reid Lab focuses on community health and pediatric infectious diseases among Native American populations; epidemiologic studies of enteric infections, Haemophilus influenzae, and pneumococcus; and field testing of vaccines and treatments. -
Eric Bass Lab
Work in the Eric Bass Lab focuses on evidence-based medicine, comparative effectiveness research, and community health partnerships. Our work is closely aligned with the Center for Health Services and Outcomes Research and the Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice Center. -
Lee Bone Lab
Research in the Lee Bone Lab uses community-based participatory approaches to promote health in underserved urban African-American populations. We conduct randomized clinical trials on cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer detection and control in order to test the success of community interventions. We focus in particular on making interventions sustainable and on implementing electronic education to improve communication. -
Harold Lehmann Lab
Researchers in the Harold Lehmann Lab study evidence-based medicine. We are currently examining the informatics infrastructure of research and the secondary use of electronic health record data for research. The team is also evaluating the value of classic evidence reports versus social media versus links to community services for community health workers.Principal Investigator
