New ID Policy for Entry
As of March 20, 2023, all patients, parents/guardians, and approved adults over the age of 18 years old are required to show identification at the time of patient registration. Please see the links below for information on getting identification.
The following patient Identification types are acceptable:
- Driver’s license/Maryland ID
- Passport, Visa, or Foreign ID
- Federal, State, or Military ID
- School/Work ID card with a photograph
Parent/guardian, approved adults, or adult patients who come to clinic are only allowed to be seen once without a valid ID.
