HANOVER, MD — Johns Hopkins Health Plans is pleased to announce a new leader for its US Family Health Plan (USFHP). Melissa Teves has stepped into the role as Vice President of USFHP.

Melissa is a long-standing leader at Johns Hopkins Health Plans. She brings 28 years of experience within Johns Hopkins Medicine, including 18 years supporting USFHP in various roles, most recently as Associate Vice President for the last five.

“Melissa is highly regarded at Johns Hopkins Health Plans as a strong operational and strategic leader,” said Ryan O’Donnell, Chief Operating Officer for Johns Hopkins Health Plans. “Her deep expertise in the US Family Health Plan, along with her strong relationships with and keen understanding of the Defense Health Agency priorities, make her exceptionally well-suited for this role.”
