Quality and Safety Strategy and Governance
Our Solution
Our quality and safety strategy and governance product enables organizations to work hand in hand with Johns Hopkins subject matter experts to establish or strengthen quality governance structures, processes and metrics to improve patient safety and quality.
Johns Hopkins experts are committed to helping develop or refine the right structures to fit the unique complexity and scope of care provided at each client organization — closely aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and priorities. Site-specific requirements are taken into account, such as local regulatory and accreditation standards and international accreditation considerations.
Our Approach
Our clients have firsthand access to Johns Hopkins quality and safety experts, in areas such as infection control leadership, risk management, governance committee structure and reporting, and quality improvement and analytics.
We offer a modular approach that allows our clients the flexibility to focus on one specific area or an entire operational program.
The Johns Hopkins quality and safety strategy and governance program ranges from 12 to 24 months, with remote delivery possible for certain activities.
