To Get to Wilde Lake Pavilion from Columbia Medical Center

Total travel time should be approximately four minutes. Begin by exiting from the parking lot at Columbia Medical Center, turn right onto Little Patuxent Parkway. Travel down Little Patuxent Parkway for a half of a mile before making a U-turn at the second traffic light. Travel approximately 0.2 miles, then turn right at the sign for Columbia Professional Building, 108440 Little Patuxent Parkway. Once in the parking lot, turn left at the end of the building. From there, Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging at Wilde Lake Pavilion will be on your left in the middle of the complex at Suite 300.

To schedule an exam with Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging, you can call 443-997-7237 or log into MyChart to schedule mammograms, ultrasounds, x-rays, CT, DEXA or select MRI and select PET/CT exams.

If calling, our scheduling center is open Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. The staff will help guide you to the best location for your exam and tell you about any required exam prep necessary.

Insurance Information

Mammography, Ultrasound, DEXA Moving to Wilde Lake Pavilion 

Beginning on August 4, 2026, mammography, ultrasound, and DEXA exams will move to Wilde Lake Pavilion, Suite 202. These services will no longer be offered at Columbia Medical Center after Aug. 4. 

Currently, JHMI Wilde Lake Pavilion performs MRI, CT, and X-ray exams. These services will continue to be offered at JHMI Wilde Lake, Suite 300.

Laurie Nilsen 

Laurie Nilsen is a physician liaison for Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging, for the Howard County location. Nilsen markets diagnostic imaging services to physicians, administrators and staff in private practices and hospital settings.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Davis and Elkins College in 1987. She was previously an account representative for Advanced Radiology in Annapolis for the last nine years and comes to the team with background in radiology.

Nilsen is married and has two sons and a daughter. She is from Arnold, Md., and now resides in Anne Arundel County.
