Clinical Electives- Division of Hospital Medicine

Physician electives are available for:

  • Medical residents from Johns Hopkins Bayview Internal Medicine Residency Program
  • Other ACGME Accredited US Internal Medicine Residency Program – Resident Elective

Note: At this time, our division is unable to offer any observership or externship to international medical graduates.

Clinical Electives for Students

Student electives are available for:

  • Medical Students (including Sub-Is) from:

    • Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
    • Other US medical schools
    • Non-US medical schools (Read more about program requirements)
      *We do not offer clinical elective rotations to foreign medical graduates

  • Undergraduate students

    • Undergraduate clinical rotation

  • High School Students

    • MERIT program

Clinical Electives for NPPAs Students

Clinical electives are available for NP and PA students. Please fill out the NPPA Elective Information Form and email the completed document to Christina Lackner.
