The Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians (OJHP) coordinates the activities of all physicians who are currently part of or who are joining Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM), regardless of entity or location. OJHP ensures that the necessary resources and coordination are in place, allowing all physicians to better care for patients and support the mission of JHM.

The Johns Hopkins Clinical Alliance is a clinically integrated network: a physician-led, physician-governed collaboration between physicians and Johns Hopkins Medicine that can benefit a practice and its patients.
Joining the Johns Hopkins Clinical Alliance means joining a network that includes adult and pediatric services, and that seeks to help independent physicians succeed in value-based care programs with payers. -
JHCP is a team of skilled and compassionate providers that care for patients and families through all stages of life. With more than 40 locations throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., JHCP provides a wealth of knowledgeable and experienced providers, nurses and support staff members.

Converting to Johns Hopkins Personalized Care, which uses a concierge medicine model, maximizes the opportunity for primary care physicians to provide patient-centered care and improve patient health/wellness. Our physician panel sizes are capped to enable personalized care for each patient. Additionally, our physicians receive Johns Hopkins employment and benefits, more time with each patient, access to Johns Hopkins Epic electronic medical record software, and enhanced care coordination.
