Transitional Urology
Young adults with congenital urological conditions require long-term care to help protect their bladder and kidney function. Patients with spina bifida, disorders of sexual development, posterior urethral valves or bladder exstrophy are just some of the complex patients that may require continued urologic care as adults.
Just as when you were young, regular urologic check-ups may be necessary to ensure you stay healthy. Noninvasive testing is preferred and available to ensure your bladder, kidney and sexual health are optimized. We offer state-of-the-art urodynamics testing to measure lower urinary tract function at the new procedure room in our Green Spring Station location.
Transitional Urology Experts
Rely on the expertise of our physicians to help manage urinary incontinence and overactive bladder, and to keep your kidneys safe as you become an active adult.
Our team has experience with management of augmented bladders, catheterizable channels and neuromodulation devices.
