Pediatric Guidelines for Antibiotic Use
The Johns Hopkins Hospital Antibiotic Guidelines are available as a 305-page handbook that is updated annually based on up-to-date literature reviews, national guidelines, and expert opinion. Suggested management approaches have been developed with multidisciplinary input. The guidelines also contain detailed recommendations for pediatric dosing from the neonatal period to adult sized patients.
