It's important for diabetes patients to track data. To help our patients manage diabetes more easily, we've provided weekly diabetes log books to record blood sugar results, carb counts and insulin.
When to Call the Office
Please call us at 727-767-3636 if you experience one of the following:
- Blood sugars are not coming down
- Ketones are not coming down
- If the patient becomes nauseous or vomits
