Family Resource Coordinator

Tara Paustian is the Family Resource Coordinator at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022. In her role, she strives to make a welcoming space for patients and families to gain resources and respite during their visit. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the Florida State University. Before joining the staff, she worked at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Tampa for 22 years where she was a senior Child Life specialist.
