The Executive Leadership Series for Department Directors is the result of a new partnership with the Center for Innovative Leadership (CIL) at the JHU Carey Business School. This series is specifically designed to support SOM Department Directors in evidence-based healthcare leadership. Led by Chris Myers PhD, Faculty Director of CIL, this customized interactive program will leverage the Center’s focus on advancing knowledge and building capacity for innovative leadership in modern organizations.
