Advanced Practice Providers
The Radiation Oncology Advance Practice Providers (APPs) have specialized and advanced training in surveillance and survivorship care. They organize clinical information for our patients and make recommendations for follow up care based on evidence-based practice and national guidelines. The APPs also help patients navigate how often they need checkups, provide recommendations on screening and the types of tests needed, and conduct surveillance and preventative care. Further, the APPs focus on the well-being of each patient and provide information to promote healthy living. High quality follow up care is very important to the recovery process and helps keep patients healthy. Our goal is to ensure patients get the best possible health care as they move forward after treatment.
