Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Our program is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive community of trainees and faculty in order to enhance our training environment. We have created resources to include diversity, equity, and inclusiveness in our clinical, research and educational initiatives. We are committed to the advancement of research, community engagement and direct care to address the health inequities within pulmonary and critical care medicine. We have a dedicated PCCM Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee in which members from our division strive to advance and foster a diverse training environment.
