'Journey to Hope' Conference 

Presented by the Johns Hopkins Memory and Alzheimer's Treatment Center and the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center

The Johns Hopkins Memory and Alzheimer's Treatment Center's annual Journey to Hope conference is a free conference for caregivers to learn about the diagnosis and treatment of memory loss as well as tips to manage Alzheimer's disease and its associated behaviors.

The annual conference will not be held in November 2024.

Instead, we will host a virtual event in Spring 2025 to discuss the new medications and other current information.
