Dr C was warm, friendly, thorough in his explanations of the situation and expected next steps. I appreciated his empathy. [Staff] was also wonderful taking my vitals and did thoughtful things like moved the chairs around so I had a chair that best fit me and my size. Everyone was kind and accommodating.
