My provider was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and she listened.

I've never felt so dismissed or neglected by a medical provider as I have by Dr. Wehbeh. I even took my partner with me to this most recent appointment because I was hoping I was just misinterpreting her words and behavior, but he confirmed she was extremely dismissive, negligent, and condescending.

I am very impressed with Leen Wehbeh. She is a wonderful doctor who is so prepared when she enters the room. She has all my results from my dexa scan, bloodwork and comparisons on bone density. She listens to my concerns and always directs my care as it relates to diet, exercise, tests, and follow-up. She is excellent and really is so proficient.

I think Dr Wehbeh knows her stuff and is a competent physician but she talked really fast and a little over my head. I and probably other patients would appreciate it if she would speak slower and explain things better. What I mean by better is to explain things in layperson's terms in a non rushed manner.

She is very knowledgeable but always seems to be rushing from patient to patient.

She reached out to consult with another specialist provider looking after my health right away after my visit, in order to recommend the best possible treatment plan, and messaged me in mychart.

The provider listened to the content of my concerns. The provider spoke to me as a partner. The provider demonstrated that she was considering me as a whole body system rather than a single diagnostic code independent of the whole body. The provider respectfully helped me understand why the recommended treatment, thus building my confidence that I was not being shoved into a one-size-fits-all box. The provider validated my mistrust of over-medicalizing symptoms while simultaneously presenting information that helped me trust her recommendation.

I was slated to undergo a [procedure] and went to this provider for a second opinion. She took the time to run a series of tests and determined that this would not have solved the problem because of a mis-diagnosis. She saved me from an unnecessary operation and came up with a simple fix that has greatly improved my bone density.

I'm very thankful that Dr. Wehbeh is my endocrinologist. She has helped me tremendously the past three years.
