Dr. Amanda Rosecrans is an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include internal medicine and infectious diseases. 

She earned her M.H.S from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and her M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency in general internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. 

Dr. Rosecrans' programmatic and research work focuses on improving service delivery models at the intersection of substance use disorder, infectious diseases, and homelessness. She co-directs a mobile clinic called Healthcare on the Spot, which provides integrated services in several communities in Baltimore City.
