Very professional

Dr Kass questioned a diagnosis by another doctor. He researched my records, called me, consulted with me, and asked if he could talk with this doctor on my behalf. When he talked with this doctor who explained how she arrived at the diagnosis, he then agreed with her and called me back. I really appreciated Dr Kass going the extra mile to make sure I was receiving appropriate care! Thank you, Dr Kass!

Dr. Kass was very helpful in working out the best way for me to work around the current shortage of some diabetes medications. [staff] and [staff] were wonderful in getting the issues with prior authorization resolved so that I could actually get the needed meds. The [RX] shortage caused a stressful situation, but everything was worked out in the end.
