I had come to this doctor after having an appointment with Solomon's Eye center, I did not see the doctor I usually see there, but this new doctor did not give me in-depth concern. I went to Solomin's twice, In October and then a follow up and full appointment In December, and walked out with the same problem I had when I arrived. I then made an appointment with THIS doctor, and was seen same week!, given an In-depth diagnosis and Information, and was extremely please. He Is my new doctor going forward

Dr. Daoud is an excellent eye surgeon and we are lucky to have him. He trains other less-experienced surgeons on his methods. He did my first surgery last September and I had an excellent outcome. Now I am scheduled for the same surgery on the other eye.

- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/30/2024
Dr. Daoud provided important information regarding expectations of potential surgery outcomes and answered all my questions, but those answers were given at lightening speed and it made it hard to absorb all of the information. He seemed very rushed and anxious to move onto the next appointment.

Seemed knowledgeable. Gave a totally different diagnosis and course of treatment than prior doctor at same practice. So somewhat confusing. I tend to agree with Dr. Daoud's diagnosis that I'm not quite ready for cataract surgery. Following up In 2025. He also said I was not a good candidate for premium lenses which was what the prior doctor recommended.

In my opinion, Dr Daoud is an excellent care provider. He listens patiently, answers my questions, and includes my comments in his care decisions and actions. This was a scheduled follow-up visit after cataract surgery last summer. I had minor common symptoms following surgery, and he treated them with a YAG laser. I wish I had asked him for details about what the laser accomplishes, how it does that, and any potential negative outcomes, but I didn't. I followed up with questions via "My Chart", and got the answers.
