          Although the exam caused some pain as expected, Dr. Koch was gentle and apologized. His explanation of my situation and recommendation was clearly explained. He was professional, yet friendly. I thought it nice that he introduced himself at the start of the visit.

          We drove to JHI from Philadelphia for a 2nd opinion on an upcoming surgery for cancer in my sinuses. Dr. Koch and his Fellow were superbly prepared to serve us in this capacity.
