This was my first appointment with the provider and everything went great, service was fantastic and on time, didn't feel rushed, specialist took time to listen and explain treatment plans and how they work in conjunction with my illness. Overall it was really excellent! Will definitely recommend this practice and specialist/ endocrinologist to anyone who needs a consultation!

Both the nurse and Dr. Shenoy were incredibly kind and attentive. Dr. Shenoy went above and beyond drawing diagrams of the thyroid anatomy to make sure I understood what I was seeing in my ultrasound images. I will continue to drive from Richmond to have Dr. Shenoy as my endocrinologist because I trust him and appreciate the time he took at my visit.

Dr Vikram Shenoy was extremely professional and responsive to my health issue. This was my first visit to him and I was very pleased. I just moved here from Philadelphia and was anxious about establishing myself with a new provider but was very pleased. Walked me through all the steps to monitoring my neck nodules. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an endocrinologist!

All concerns were addressed professionally in language I could understand. An explanation of "next steps" and why each was needed/requested helped me to understand my possible future issues. I was encouraged to ask questions.

Dr. Shenoy is outstanding. He reads the chart thoroughly and knows all the pertinent info and remembers it between visits. He solved at least 4 problems in my first visit. He has a ve3ry positive attitude was very attentive . Would I liked most that he took the time answer my questions regarding a natural and more holistic approach to treating my condition. Usually doctors are generally very quick to criticize holisitc practices or treatment options. Genrally speaking that is not their area of study, however he did explain the general cause of my existing thyroid conditions. Sharing his own medical diagnoses with thyroid condition and the years of taking the medication I felt a lot more comfortable .

This was my first visit. Dr. Shenoy gave me a through explanation about my condition - hyperthyroidism. I went to the lab for my blood work after the appointment. He said he would call with the results, but I am sure there has not been time for him to have the results yet. He was excellent, and I am so glad I found him !!
