Background
Dr. Moragianni specializes in obstetrics and gynecology as well as reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is highly skilled in all aspects of fertility care.
A native of Greece, she graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and from Georgetown University with a Master of Science degree in physiology and biophysics. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Drexel University College of Medicine, and she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Jefferson Abington Hospital. At Harvard Medical School and Boston IVF, Dr. Moragianni completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility in 2012, and she has since worked at several leading academic institutions as well as in private practice.
Previously, Dr. Moragianni served as medical director for fertility care at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health and medical director at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She has been recognized with numerous professional awards during her years in practice.
Dr. Moragianni has returned to Maryland with her family. She is excited to care for new patients as a health care partner and to be an advocate in their journey toward parenthood.

Was very helpful and explained I everything in a friendly manner and in a way, I understood. Also did my best to answer any questions although she was not my main provider she treated me as though she was.

Dr Moragianni listened very carefully and directed the conversation when we got ahead of ourselves. She gave good insight into the records we provided and gave clear next steps for further diagnostics and treatment.

She is absolutely wonderful! All providers have been great, but I was very pleased with my experience with this doctor. She listened to me, answered all questions, and also professionally referred me to my provider for more specific advice related to my treatment plan.
