Dr Jacob was attentive, thorough, understanding, and very helpful to me as we discussed my overall health goals for improving my health. She was able to educate me about my medications, and give me some pointers on changing my lifestyle to be healthier. We have had follow up dialogue on MyChart and she is so responsive and helpful in these chats.

I was very please with how thorough Dr Jacobs was during this visit and her follow up was quick. She ordered the necessary tests and called me with the results. My issue was resolved quickly and I am very pleased with the care I have received.

Very good first visit. Dr Jacob read my history and understood it. And made sure I was scheduled to come back for my yearly physical. It's is these facilities (Johns Hopkins) responsibility to make sure patients, all patients take the needed tests yearly to make sure we catch issues early. Stop being cheap - I'm glad to see Dr Jacob understood that. Very good doctor, especially first impression.
