I think he is very competent. My only slight issue, is that we had virtually no conversation after the procedure. I've will need to come more prepared with questions next time.

Dr. Liu did not tell me how the Nevis in my eye was, didn't say whether it was uniform and flat, if it had gotten larger . My Regular Doctor did all this.
