Background
I spent my undergraduate years at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. After leaving Charlottesville, I moved to Louisiana and worked with Habitat for Humanity coordinating building homes for victims of the regions hurricanes. I then moved to Washington, D.C. and earned my medical degree from the Howard University College of Medicine with membership in Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. In 2015, I completed my residency program at the Johns Hopkins Hospital before joining Johns Hopkins Community Physicians as an obstetrician and gynecologist.
