Stephanie was very good and patient with my extremely active 1 year old. When he started fidgeting too much to complete the exam, she gave him a toy to help distract him which helps us complete the necessary testing. She was very kind and made it a pleasurable experience.

She gave me answers to many questions I have had for a long time regarding my daughters hearing. I never felt rushed and she explained things repeatedly whenever I needed more clarification. She was really great with my daughter who was quite nervous

Stephanie was very professional and showed amazing grace and effort to help my son get through his testing. She showed patience and willingness to work through the difficulty and challenges families with autistic children face during testing. I was very grateful for her willingness and impressed. She was allowing time to work with him instead of just dismissing him.

Stephanie Lockshaw is amazing. Thorough and engaged in providing my daughter with the best hearing solutions possible. I don't know what we would do without her. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly smart and creative is solving hearing issues my daughter has. She educates my daughter and me so that we know how the hearing aids work and how hearing works. This allows her and us to work together to achieve our common goal of best hearing possible for my daughter. I credit Stephanie with improving my daughter's quality of life.
