Silka Patel, M.D, MPH, is committed to patient education as the cornerstone of her clinical practice. She believes that helping patients understand their health, as well as their medical options is an important part of the doctor-patient relationship.
Along with general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Patel also has a special interest in adolescent care. She enjoys being able to offer patients a wide variety of medical and surgical options.

She was patient and a good listener. I don't recall the last time a provider took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explain it to me. She followed up with me the following day to respond to the questions during the visit.

Dr. Patel was not available at my appointment time and I waited longer than acceptable before she arrived to tell me that she would be further delayed. She seems kind although I felt as though she didn't want to truly evaluate all of my menopause symptoms.
