Dr. McKinley joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in August 2016 after completing a fellowship in pediatric pulmonary medicine at Baylor College of Medicine –Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. Dr. McKinley received the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Excellence in Service and Professionalism Award in the 2022 Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards.

While completing his pediatric residency at the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Dr. McKinley received the Allen Root, M.D., Resident of the Year Award (June 2013) and the CREST Resident Teacher of the Year Award. He is a graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.
