Caring about my concerns

He was patient and thorough.

Dr. Santhanam listens well, is caring and compassionate, and takes my concerns seriously, seeking to assuage my concerns without minimizing them. I was experiencing long term fatigue and wanted to get to root cause of this. Over time he has ordered tests to rule out possible causes, doing his professional due diligence in an expert way. I am extremely satisfied thst he took my concerns seriously.

Very knowledgeable

Was valuable to be able to meet face to face and have clear answers to my questions.

He listens. He asks questions. His answers to my questions help me better understand the why behind a course of treatment. And he's wicked smart.

Thorough

This was my initial visit and I found the doctor to be caring and concerned about my health issue. He explained things well after asking me many many questions. He then gave the orders and wanted to set up an another appointment.

The provider was amazing. He reassured me they would get to the bottom of the issue and not to worry
