Provider was very up to date on all my medical history. He listened to my concern and went through all of my options. He explained things clearly that I could understand.

Dr. Giles is the most caring provider I have ever had. He listens and makes suggestions. He us never judgemental when I don't meet my goals, he just says let's regroup and start again. I moved over an hours from his office, transferred to a closer clinic and within 3 months I was calling asking to be reassigned back to Dr. Giles. I drive 1 hour and 10 minutes for my appointments and he is well worth the drive.

Blood tests are ordered AFTER face to face appointment. Results are then discussed via mychart. Blood tests should be ordered in advance and then discuss the results at the face to face.

Annual physical. No complaints, all was well.

Dr. Giles has always been thorough with discussing my health with me. If I need to change a medication, Dr. Giles informs me as to side effects, and what to expect from the medication and why he believes I may want to add or drop 0one of my meds, I trust him!

Provider ran rather late on this day. In my opinion, scheduled appointment blocks are too short to adequately conduct examinations without falling behind schedule. This is not the providers fault.
