He found a time to squeeze me in THAT DAY since I wasn't feeling well, and was very attentive during the visit. The amount of time he spent with me (having squeezed me in), was more time than my old PCP would spend on a scheduled visit. He was attentive and listened, and appeared to care. Thank you!!

He helped me get imaging that clearly showed a problem which directly correlates with my clinical symptoms. Dr Norman Dy is an incredibly caring, compassionate, thoughtful and thorough provider. He takes time to explain everything and to listen to and answer questions in a way that makes sense. He puts his patients at ease and makes you feel comfortable discussing any concerns you may have.

I was very impressed with Dr. Dy's genuine efforts to get to know me as a new patient and as a person. He didn't dismiss any concerns, was personable, his team had an obvious rapport and cohesiveness between them and seemed to think highly of him based on comments when he wasn't In the room.
