An acclaimed teacher and master clinician, Dr. Chandra-Strobos was an inaugural member of the Miller-Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence in 2009. She was the previous chair of the American Heart Association's National Basic Life Support Sub-Committee, and remains active in the organization. She has published over 230 peer-reviewed chapters, papers and abstracts.

Dr. Chandra Strobos is the most caring and concerned doctor I have ever seen. She jumped quickly on the history that I gave her, came up with a differential diagnosis, and then ordered tests to help diagnose the most serious on the differential quickly. She kept me updated on the results in real time, and updated me about next steps. Really, remarkable physician. I would recommend her to everyone.
