Great job!

Dr. Fennell was so kind. I was very nervous being this was my first visit with a cardiologist. She listened to my concerns and she gave me her assessment of what was going on. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them. She was very friendly, thorough and spent so much time with me. She helped me not to be afraid. All the tests have been scheduled and I look forward to working with Dr. Fennell when the results come in.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Fennell. I thought she was great. She seem interested in my well-being and concerned about my blood pressure. She is the first doctor to ever decide to switch a medication that I'm taking for one that is similar to it. She also wanted a copy of the results of my blood work ordered from my other doctors each time I have blood work done. I think she is going to a good cardiologist for me.

She was filling in for Dr. [ ] , who was occupied in surgery. She communicated results of the initial tests with him and it was decided further tests were needed. She was able to schedule these on the same day. This was very helpful because we live about 450 miles from Cleveland.

Though I was on time for my appointment the patient in front of me indicated she was very late for her appointment and took up quite a bit of time talking to the receptionist so that I ended up checking in late checking Into my appointment. However, the doctor doesn't enough time with me to cover all my questions and did not rush through my appointment.

Dr. Fennell is the best! She took her time and was very patient and professional.

I find the doctor's speak too quickly about your history, current situation. They spew out medicalese when I don't know what those words mean.
