Dr. Mary Callsen meets my needs as best as she can given the limits of time allotted for a physical. We may have an opportunity to talk again with respect to my lab results. Dr. Callsen gave me unlimited time when I needed support after a shoulder fracture last summer. Feeling lucky to have her as lead for my medical team.

Dr. Callsen is the most knowledgeable, comprehensive, and thorough professional that I ever encountered. She makes recommendations based on empirical data and yet allows the patient to be the final decision maker. Somehow she finds a few moments to listen to the patient. This visit was for approval prior to an operation. An Internal Medicine doctor pulls so much critical information together. It is wonderful to know that I am fully prepped.

Dr. Callsen is very thorough and patient, the problem is it's very hard to schedule appointments in this particular case I had to see a different specialist because no one in the office was sensitive enough for my illness. As a primary care doctor I should have access to her not NP or PA

Dr. Mary Callsen listened to my apprehension on taking a cholesterol lowering statin again after I went through an unpleasant experience with simvastatin a few years back. She told cholesterol, unfortunately, goes up with advanced age and advised to take a different statin, Atorvastatin, which agrees and shows good results with many patients. So I started to take her recommended doses of 10 MG daily and it already showed great results. So far I tolerate the new statin quiet well.

Provider is excellent. However, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment with her without waiting months.
