Louis Kokkinakos, MD

Dr. K has been my provider for almost 19 years and he is one of the most caring, kind, compassionate doctors I have had!

This provider was the worst visit because he did absolutely nothing. I was there for a missed period but negative pregnancy test. He just said it happens and if it continues it might be an endocrinology issue. He offered me a prescription and asked if I wanted a pregnancy test. He didn't order anything and made light of a health concern I cared enough to book an appointment for. He left ALL of the decisions to me when he is the HCP. My periods are pretty regular so this is a concern. I was really disappointed with this visit.

I've have been seeing Dr. K for a long time and he is amazing! Very friendly, punctual and thorough. He is the reason I schedule appointments at this practice!

I hope you hire more providers like Dr. K. He is so personable, attentive and professional. It's clear he truly cares. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and shows true compassion. A+ across the board!!

This was my first time to see a gynecologist in 21 years. This doctor made me feel very comfortable.

Breast imaging he put me at ease. I go back for a well visit two weeks. Very caring took time with me

Without saying anything that could identify myself, It would seem my provider either didn't review my chart ahead of follow up conversations or he just didn't take notes post visits. I say this because he never remembered anything about me, causing multiple confusions/alarm from their office over the 3x we interacted during a 10 day period. They also run about 35-45 minutes late per in person visit. It might be a standard for JH but it can be exhausting.

First time seeing this provider. Was very pleased - he's friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and seemed like a good listener.

Dr. Kokkinakos did order a mammogram which I am supposed to ave done sometime in January (according to medicare once a year).

I love him. He's the very best.

Doctor Louis K was very nice and he made me feel good about the check up as I was feeling quite nervous about my first appointment.

I made an appointment for a consultation as my primary gynecologist had asked me to get a second opinion for a tubal ligation/removal. After struggling with my primary physician for so long, it was refreshing to speak with this provider as he was very patient and understanding, presented the arguments for both choices in detail without judgement and was overall a pleasure to converse with on an otherwise stressful topic. Would highly recommend, I felt heard and safe during the appointment and I left informed.

I was nervous about seeing Dr. K as it was my first time getting my exam by a male. Dr K. Made me feel very comfortable and was very gentle in how he explained and completed my annual exam. He conversated with me the whole time and explained everything he was doing, my exam was over before I knew It. He explained everything that was going to be submitted and the time frame for results. He has followed-up through my chart with every result. He was great!

I am new to the country and this was my very first Gyne checkup here in the US. I was a little bit anxious just because it was a new Doctor but he was very kind, answered all of my questions, gave me personal advice and the whole checkup was not rushed. He took his time getting to know me and I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. Definitely coming back for my future appointments.
